1. Material Quality

Our gasket is sourced from top – grade raw materials. We ensure that the rubber has a high – density molecular structure, which contributes to its durability and resistance to wear and tear. This means that our gaskets can withstand repeated compression and relaxation cycles without losing their sealing effectiveness.

2. Temperature Resistance

One of the remarkable features of our gasket rubber is its wide temperature range tolerance. Whether in extremely hot or cold environments, our gaskets can perform reliably. For example, in high – temperature applications such as automotive engines or industrial furnaces, the gasket rubber can resist temperatures up to 300 degrees Celsius without melting or deforming. In cold environments, like refrigeration systems, it remains flexible and maintains its sealing properties even at temperatures as low as -60 degrees Celsius.

The temperature ranges that rubber gaskets can withstand vary significantly based on their material. Butyl Rubber (IIR) typically has a minimum temperature of approximately -40°C and a maximum temperature of about 120°C. Fluorocarbon Rubber (FKM) can handle temperatures from approximately -20°C to -40°C, depending on the specific type, with a maximum range of 200°C to 250°C, and special formulations can endure even higher temperatures. Silicone Rubber (VMQ) offers an extensive range from about -70°C to 250°C to 300°C. Ethylene Propylene Rubber (EPR/EPDM) operates effectively between approximately -40°C to -60°C and up to 130°C to 150°C. Lastly, Natural Rubber (NR) can manage temperatures from around -50°C to about 100°C, with the exact upper limit depending on the specific formulation.

3. Chemical Resistance

Our gasket is highly resistant to a variety of chemicals. It can be in contact with different substances, including oils, fuels, acids, and alkalis, without being corroded or degraded. This chemical resistance makes it suitable for use in chemical processing plants, fuel storage tanks, and automotive fuel systems.

Material Types of Gaskets We Offer

1. Nitrile Gasket Rubber

Nitrile gasket rubber is well – known for its excellent resistance to oils, fuels, and hydraulic fluids. It has good mechanical properties, providing a strong and reliable seal. This type of gasket rubber is widely used in the automotive, aerospace, and industrial sectors.

2. Silicone Gasket Rubber

Silicone gasket rubber is characterized by its extreme temperature resistance. It can operate in a temperature range from – [A] degrees Celsius to + [B] degrees Celsius. Additionally, silicone is resistant to ozone and ultraviolet light, making it suitable for outdoor applications and in the electronics industry, where it can also provide electrical insulation.

3. EPDM Gasket Rubber

EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) gasket rubber has outstanding resistance to weathering, ozone, and aging. It is commonly used in applications where long – term durability and resistance to environmental factors are crucial, such as in building construction for sealing windows, doors, and roofing systems.
